Sri Pranava Peetham is promoted primarily to propagate SANATHANA DHARMA through religious discourses, publishing of books/commentaries on scriptural texts and performing Vedic/Puranic rituals on auspicious occasions for the promotion of social well being.
The books published by Sri Pranava Peetham for the above cited purposes can be obtained at a nominal cost through the website.
Sri Pranava Peetham also accepts voluntary contributions/donations for its publications and Vedic/Puranic rituals performed for the general well being of the society and disciples/volunteers/followers of Sri Pranava Peetham.
Sri Pranava Peetham pleads that the voluntary contributors should exercise caution and observe diligence while making contributions/donations to avoid inconvenience whatsoever to either Sri Pranava Peetham or the contributors themselves.
Cancellation
If you intend to cancel your purchase/ voluntary contribution, you must inform us the same in writing, within 30 days from the date of purchase/ contribution/donation, mentioning a valid reason for the cancellation.
Cancellation requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase/ voluntary contribution/ donation will not be accepted.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
